Fundamentally, JJWOOD Composite Decking is a product of the AKS Group, located in Japan, and has been in operation since 1993. JJWOOD harnesses Japanese harmony into Western aesthetics. Manufactured by AKS, a 100% Japanese-owned factory, JJWOOD uses pure Japanese technology invented and conforms to the Industrial Standard of Japan A5741 and ASTM standards to ensure raw materials are 100% safe. AKS was founded in 1993 as a garden product company in Chiba Japan . Since then the company has grown to be one of the three most progressive garden product companies in Japan. It is leading the industry in supplying high quality outdoor living products.
AKS responds to public concern for environmental conservation , and in 2005 , AKS acquired the cutting edge WPC production site from MISAWA-the largest wood plastic composite decking manufacturer in Japan. A new plant with a site area of 38,285sq m was built for the manufacturing base in Taicang Suzhou. Mainly supplying Japan with demonstrated product performance, The plant mainly produce composite decking ,composite fencing, WPC Railing ,exterior wall cladding, AKS China WPC production site has quickly earned a top position for excellent quality since its inception in 2005. And gradually exported North America , European , Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia ,South America .
Now AKS supply WPC decking and fencing to North America Lowe’s more than 200 containers per year.
AKS owned Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification.
The AKS timber processing base was established in Deqing China in 2001, with a site area of 15,000sqm, and total investment is USD1, 000,000. It specializes in designing and manufacturing outdoor timber furniture.
In addition to the divisions, AKS has stepped into a wide range of investment fields:
- Development of Shenyang Xiehe Complex development, with total GFA of 300,000sqm;
- Toyota Car Dealership in Zhejiang province.
- College of Art and Design, Shenyang Normal University.

JJWOOD Brilliant series is capped wood plastic composite,which has advanced 100% new engineering plastic protection on four sides around the boards.The surface layer and core are extruded together under a very high temperature mold simultaneously.The core is made from Japanese standard recycled material and very fine wood powder.

End Board Caps
JJWOOD composite wood decking boards have 360-degree capping to completely seal and protect your boards from environmental hazards, moisture and decay, but this still leaves the end cut areas to consider. Fortunately, we offer a choice of moisture seals and end caps that work perfectly with our products, fitting in seamlessly with the board of the deck and offering your end cut areas ultimate protection.
JJWOOD CLIPS AND SCREWS
One accessory you will require for complete and effective assembly of your deck will be deck clips. Although everyone knows that deck clips are part of your deck, no one wants to see them. This is as true when it comes to deck clips for composite decking as for any other type of decking installation.
Fortunately, our composite decking clips are designed to be totally hidden deck clips. These concealed deck clips, two for each board, support and hold your deck together without creating an unsightly break in the appearance of your deck construction. We have hidden deck clips available to fit all of our board systems, in 304 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel with black powder coating and PP plastic.
